What do I need to do with my plates?
Keep the plates on the vehicle. They are disposed of by the towing company.

Is there anything else I need to do?
Download the Affidavit of Loss and Interest form and fill it out.  Submit the completed form and fees to any vehicle licensing office by mail or in person.
