The first call I made generated an immediate offer but I ran into a snag because the car was in a different location from where I live, and there was no Saturday service available. After I cancelled the offer, I got a call back. After providing more information about the car, and finding out that they could do an unattended pick-up, a better offer was made which I accepted. GREAT EXPERIENCE I had a vehicle that had engine failure. To put a new engine in it was going to cost too much. I did not want to just give it away, but I didn't know what to do.
