The first call I made generated an immediate offer but I ran into a snag because the car was in a different location from where I live, and there was no Saturday service available. After I cancelled the offer, I got a call back. After providing more information about the car, and finding out that they could do an unattended pick-up, a better offer was made which I accepted. There were further negotiations with the local contractor which partner facilitated. They did everything possible to help make the deal go through as painlessly as possible. It all worked out.

TOTALLY AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Called other tow and pay companies for WEEKS! NO LIE! This was the one an only company willing to work with me, in my area, NO TITLE , NO PROBLEM (as long as your vehicle is old enough within State Law).
